Here’s the thing about penis exercises – and I’m going to go into each exercise in great detail: But, alone, penis exercises don’t really cause much growth.

To cause real growth you do need to use penis exercises, yes. But alone they don’t make you bigger.

The way to really get a bigger penis is to apply what you’re about to learn with how to perform jelqing and add scientific stem cell enlargement into the mix.

Let me give you a really brief outline of what stem cell enlargement is first, and then we’ll go into jelqing from home.

Stem cells are the miraculous little cells that give everything life.

First of all, I’m going to show you all of the relevant penis jeqing and stretching exercises that you need to know.

I will go into a little detail of each so it becomes very clear to you how to perform them.
After that, I’ll outline the routines that you can use each day so that you get the best out of doing your jelqing exercises.

I recommend that you read through this guide carefully if your goal is to learn the perfect jelqing routines.

Penis Enlargement As Cellular Growth – More Cells Or Bigger Cells?

There are two schools of thought on how to make your penis bigger.

If you’re committed to learn how to jelq then you are generally of the school of Hypertrophy.

If your goal is to add more cells to your penis – rather than to make them bigger – then you fall under the school of Hyperplasia.

Hypertrophy or Hyperplasia For Penis Enlargement…

They are the terms used to describe making a cell bigger or producing more cells, respectively.

Here’s the worrying thing about most people who embark on penis enlargement. You read a whole heap of BS, but no-one, anywhere, talks about either of these two concepts. Everyone interested in enlarging their penis should be aware of these terms, and which method works best to get a bigger penis.

Yet, the scam sites online that try to sell you products that don’t work never mention which of these two concepts their “solution” falls under.

Allow me to enlighten you, right now. I’m going to shoot straight and level with you here. I respect you too much to not give you all of the information that you need to know, if you want to get a bigger penis for yourself.

(That’s partly because I went for years trying different male enhancement solutions that did nothing for me, which almost crushed my spirit.)

Yet, when I discovered the PE Remedy, these terms cropped up. Terms I should have known from Day 1. And when I combined those two concepts with the stem cell method of enlargement a lightbulb went off in my head, and all I could think was, “This is it.”

What you’re going to learn on this page is purely about Hypertrophy. Hypertrophy is making each individual cell bigger. What jelqing and stretching do is slowly make your cells bigger.

There are two things you need to know about that. First, it takes a long, long time and hundreds or thousands of hours to see legitimate results. Second, your cells can only grow so big.

The general rule is that you can grow a cell by 7%. So let’s say that you start off by being 5.5 inches. And you do exercises for 9 months.

You reach the peak growth that you can! Not 2%, or 5% but the full 7%. Fantastic, right?!

Yeah, it is in a way. However, the reality is that your 5.5 inch penis only became 5.88 inches, then it peaked out and can’t grow anymore.

That’s 9 months of effort, time and investment. Yet, all you have to show for it is under 0.4 inches of gains.

Hypertrophy could also be pretty dangerous if you don’t be careful.

Go too hard and you’ll cause damage, that could lead to scar tissue and then a whole heap of problems that you REALLY don’t want to deal with.

Yet, let’s think about this for a moment.

Hypertrophy, making cells bigger, clearly does provide gains. Sure, they’re not world-beating. But they are gains and that does mean something.

Now, what’s the other way to enlarge an organ in the human body. We’ve looked at expanding cells, but lets look at Hyperplasia – adding more cells.

This is a more complete method because you can keep adding cells to your penis – if you understand how to do it.

This is what stem cells do, they go to a part of the body and replace broken cells or become part of growing cells.

When babies grow into adults, stem cells are used to grow every part of the body. Stem cell penis enlargement is a naturally occurring thing.

It happened to every man who’s ever lived from when they were babies to adults. Understanding that this process is natural and can be restated is the key to getting a bigger penis.

The Basics of Jelqing – Warming Up For Penis Exercises

First of all, when you do any exercise you should always warm up before you start.

The same is true of penis exercise.

If you choose not to do your warm up, you’ll put yourself at risk of serious damage. And it only takes a few minutes to warm your penis up.

We do it with a face towel that you run under warm water. First warning: Make sure it’s not too hot. Imagine how embarrassing it would be to go to the Emergency Room with a burned penis! Man, that’s too much.

So, obviously, check the temperature first. Then wrap it around the whole length and width of your penis.

There should be no way that you see any penis skin from any angle. It should be completely covered by this warm towel.

What this is doing is expanding the penis tissue slightly. As you know, when things are hot they expand. When they’re cold they shrink.

If you don’t believe me, have a 10 minute ice bath and try to convince people that your penis is normally bigger! 🙂

Ideally, you want the towel to be 40-45*C.

What this does is to create an environment in your penis that makes blood-flow easier and gives your penis more elasticity.

And, if you take my advice and use the Penis Enlargement Remedy, it gives stem cells an easier path through your penis tissues, so that more can fit into your shaft and transform into penis tissue.

Alternatively, you could warm up your penis by taking a bath or a warm shower. I don’t recommend this approach as much.

The simple reason for this is because your testicles should be cold. They hang low because they aim to be 2*C lower than the rest of your body, at 35*C.

People recommend taking cold showers because cooling your testicles means they produce more testosterone.

This has many benefits throughout the body too. Your sperm count is greatly increased through cold showers too. So, that’s why I recommend a wrap.

NOTE: Warm baths are bad for men. Sitting your testicles in a bath that’s warm severely reduces your Testosterone count.

Take a shower instead. And, if you’re manly enough, take a Scottish shower (that’s all cold and no heat.) It’ll put hair on your balls, son!

Do you need to warm up anywhere else when jelqing?

No. You don’t. Your hands will be warm from holding the face towel, as will your penis. However, avoid warming up your testicles at all costs.

How long should I spend warming up the penis for penis exercises?

You should do this in 5-6 minutes. It really shouldn’t take longer than that. Sure, if you must, do it in the shower. But using a towel is best.

And please, please, please(!) don’t think about skipping the warm up.

Yes, it’s boring. Yet, the worst possible thing you could do is to damage your penis by not following the proper procedure. Injuring your penis is not fun!

The Dry Jelq

What Does the Dry Jelq Help?

Helps length and girth gains when you also use an effective enlargement strategy like stem cell enlargement.

Erection Strength For the Dry Jelq

Do this with a 30-80% hardness. Don’t go over 80% as it may damage your penis because it will be too full with blood.

Doing these jelqs at under 30% will prove to be ineffectual in getting enough blood to your penis.

Level of Intensity: Low. However, this exercise gets more intense when your erection is stronger.

Risk of Injury: Low. The harder your erection, the greater the risk.

How To Do The Dry Jelq

The Dry Jelq is the most basic jelq you can do. It is the basis of all jelqing exercises and learning it will give you the fundamentals to understanding how jelqing works and how to do it.

First thing you have to learn is how to make the OK symbol with your hand.

This produces a ring that you’re going to wrap around the very base of your penis (next to your pubic bone). After wrapping it around your shaft, you’re going to tighten it slightly.

After you tighten it, you have to pull it up your shaft to the head of your penis.

You’ll notice two things happen.

First, anywhere above the ring your hand has created will be harder than normal as you are trapping the blood towards the end of your penis. Secondly, anywhere below your ring will be far less engorged with blood.

You can create a ring with both hands, so when one hand reaches the head, the other grabs the base.

That way you have a continuous jelqing action. Each stroke should take about 3 seconds.

How long should I dry jelq for?

8-10 minutes is an optimal amount of time to dry jelq for.

Summary of Dry Jelqing

The aim here is to encourage the more blood into your penis than is natural.

There are a few theories on the internet about what this does.

Some people claim that this alone will get you a bigger penis.

They say that by expanding the penis tissue cells you can make your penis bigger.

Other people say that breaking up these tissues will result in more tissues being formed.

They claim that like muscle exercise, breaking up tissue is good as more returns when your body heals.

The reality is that making a penis tissue expand is remarkably difficult.

Think of it as percentage gains. Say you’re 5 inches and you increase cell size by 3%.

Your net increase to your penis size will be from 5.0 inches to 5.15.

This is a realistic growth from 6 months of jelqing.

However, claims of adding an inch with jelqing alone are just plain unrealistic to the point of being completely false.

Breaking up penis tissues is another often-touted claim on penis exercises.

Like muscles – they say – you can make your penis bigger by breaking down penis tissue, only for it to return bigger and stronger.

There is one gaping flaw with this reasoning – the penis isn’t a muscle.

Penis tissue is delicate and sensitive. That’s why doing brutal jelqing routines can cause damage to the penis.

If you cause penis cell walls to break, you will weaken them (not strengthen them) and any resulting scar tissue could damage your penis for life.

However, when you follow a simple jelqing routine, with the Dry Jelq as the basis, you can cause gains by getting stem cells into the penis which will form into penis cells.

That way, your penis will get bigger.

One thing I’ve thus far neglected to mention is that dry jelqing can do wonders for your erection strength.

You can quickly go from normal erection strength to rock-hard erection status from jelqing. That will be the first thing you notice when you start penis jelqing.

The reason is improved blood flow.

This has side-benefits too. Stem cells find it easier to navigate your penis after jelqing, there are more in your penis during jelqing and you increase the speed of growth quite significantly.

The Wet Jelq

The Wet Jelq is exactly the same as the Dry Jelq, except for the addition of lubrication.

Instead of doing the standard jelq with a dry penis, you include lubrication and that causes a smoother jelq.

What Does the Wet Jelq Help?

The Wet Jelq is slightly more effective than the dry jelq because the transition from the base of your penis to the head is so smooth.

This makes the blood flow more evenly distributed. When you do weight training the transition from one place to another should be as smooth as possible.

The same rules apply here.

Other than the use of lubrication, the Dry Jelq and the Wet Jelq are very similar.

People often find that they jelq quicker doing the Wet Jelq.

That occurs because the lubrication tends to speed up the process.

That’s ok, but try to keep each individual jelq at 3 seconds or so.

Erection Strength for the Wet Jelq

Again, your erection strength should be between 30-80%.

You can go a little higher than with the Dry Jelq here.

Be very aware of making sure that your penis shaft doesn’t get too full with blood.

You can know that you’ve gone over the maximum when you see little red spots under the skin.

These are burst blood vessels.

Clearly, this is not good for your penis and means that you’ve overdone your jelqing. If that ever happens then take a few days off jelqing.

Level of Intensity: Low, as with the Dry Jelq.

However, it’s slightly lower as there is less resistance because of the lubrication that you use with Wet Jelqs.

Risk of Injury: Low. Interestingly, I’d say that the risk of injuring yourself is higher, despite the lower intensity.

That’s because less resistance means that it flows better, and if you went too hard (which is very difficult to do) you might not realize.

How To Do The Wet Jelq

As with the Dry Jelq you make the OK symbol with your thumb and forefinger.

Tighten the ring that they create around the base of your penis, then squeeze and pull the ring up to the head.

When you reach below the head with one hand, take the base with your other hand, so that you can perform continuous jelqs.

How long should I Wet Jelq for?

Each stroke should take about 3 seconds, and you should do it for 8-10 minutes, if it’s part of your routine. (We’ll get onto routines below.)

Summary of the Wet Jelq

Wet Jelqing is recommend more than Dry Jelqing because the flow tends to be better and it is smoother. There is less risk of damaging yourself too.

Jelqing for Penis Girth

The Girth Jelq

There is a very effective jelq if you wish to improve the girth of your penis.

It is similar to the Dry Jelq and Wet Jelq above. However, the Girth Jelq focuses more blood into your shaft.

You’ll see, when you perform this jelq, that it makes the middle of your penis shaft very thick.

What Does the Girth Jelq Help?

As the name suggests, the Girth Jelq helps most with improving your penis girth.

When you focus on increasing your penis girth with stem cell enlargement and girth exercises, you can make a difference by focusing more on girth than length.

The reason why this is effective will soon become apparent as you try to the Girth Jelq for yourself.

Erection Strength

With the Girth Jelq we want a 70-80% erection hardness. That’s because this jelq is more intense and more focused.

Level of Intensity: Medium-High. What we’re going to do with this jelq is to expand your girth quite carefully, but significantly. You should take care not to overdo this girth exercise as it could be easy to get carried away.

Risk of Injury: Medium. As I said, if you’re not careful, you could go overboard with this jelq exercise. That’s why I recommend taking it very slowly and exercising caution.

How To Do The Girth Jelq

Unlike the standard Wet or Dry Jelq above, the difference with this jelq is that it’s two-handed. One hand grips your penis where the head meets the shaft.

You squeeze quite tightly here. Your other goes to the base, as above.

What you do here is to pull the hand at the base of your penis up slowly, and to push the hand near the tip down slightly. You should move this very slowly and your hands will never meet.

While the hand at the base does move up your shaft, the hand near the tip doesn’t move so much as rock down.

What I mean by that is that it doesn’t slide down your penis, it just helps to trap the blood into your shaft.

What you’ll see is that your girth will be fatter than you’ve probably ever seen.

It will look thick!

And you can just hold the position for a few seconds before sliding your ‘base’ hand back to the base of your penis, squeezing again and then slowly pulling it up your shaft slowly.

How long should I Girth Jelq for?

This Girth Jelq exercise is good for about 5 minutes of jelqing.

Each individual hold should last about 4-5 seconds.

If you bring the rings you’ve created with your hands too close together then you could risk doing a bit of harm to your penis.

So do be careful and take your time.

Summary of the Girth Jelq

I don’t believe in ‘sculpting’ your penis that much.

I think it’s quite a flawed concept – whereby people claim that doing a certain specific exercise can focus growth in one area of the penis.

However, this girth exercise is effective when you also follow the 3-phase solution suggested by the Penis Enlargement Remedy.

As you do this exercise, you’ll see that clearly doing girth jelqs will have a big effect on your girth. There are lots of similar exercises that try to replicate the three that I’ve shown you.

However, these are the basis of any jelqing routines.

The standard Dry or Wet Jelqs are focused on all-round penis growth and the Girth Jelq is clearly more girth-focused.

Because I want to offer the best free jelqing guide on the internet, I’m going to provide the many jelqing variations for you.

However, getting too particular about them isn’t overly important. I wouldn’t beat yourself up if you forgot to do one of the more niche jelqs below.

I say that because I believe that growth is far more dependent on stem cells converting to penis cells in your penis, than a specific penis jelq exercise causing growth in specific places.

I guess I’ve been around the block long enough to know that there is a lot of BS out there, where people focus so much on a particular aspect of getting bigger that they tend to lose the bigger picture of actually growing overall.

Stem cell growth is able to increase every aspect of penis size consistently, unlike pure jelqing alone, or focused jelqing routines.

However, because I want this guide to be the number one jelqing resource on the internet, I’m not going to shy away from two things.

The first, as has probably become abundantly clear, is that I’m not here to lie to you or sell you false hope that jelqing will work all on its own.

And the second is that I’m going to provide you with all the information you could need so that you can make an informed decision on the next steps you wish to take.

The Focused Shaft Jelq

The Focused Shaft Jelq is similar to the Girth Jelq except you focus more on specific areas of the penis.

This is an opportunity to expand a section of your shaft by putting more effort into targeting it.

What Does the Focused Shaft Jelq Help?

The Focused Shaft Jelq helps any area of the shaft of your penis.

While it’s less intense that the Girth Jelq, because you don’t do it when quite so hard, it is more laser-focused.

Erection Strength: 60%-80%.

Don’t do this with an erection strength of anymore than 80%.

Because you go so focused with the Focused Shaft Jelq, you’d risk bursting blood vessels if you were to do this at 100% erection strength.

Level of Intensity: Low

Risk of Injury: Low

How To Do The Focused Shaft Jelq

To perform the Focused Shaft Jelq, you have to pick the area of the shaft that you wish to concentrate on.

Then you place one hand directly above it, squeezing hard.

With your other hand, go to the very base of your penis and pull up until there is a half-inch gap between your two hands.

You’ll see the area that you’re targeting is completely full of blood, whereas the rest of your penis is less engorged.

Doing this for 5 minutes increases the blood flow to that area.

When you’re using stem cell enlargement too, you will be able to slightly focus real, long-term growth on that area (provided that you do this consistently over the months that you actively try to increase your penis size.

However, please don’t overestimate the effect of doing focused routines.

It will have a small effect but not a huge one.

Cells are three dimensional things, so any girth gains will also cause length gains.

How long should I Focused Shaft Jelq for?

This is a 5 minute routine, maximum.

Going over the same area repeatedly in a day will have only a small amount of beneficial effect.

Summary of the Focused Shaft Jelq

The Focused Jelq is good for slightly increasing your growth to a certain area.

I think it is very slight. So don’t waste too much time focusing on one area, when the goal is growth of your whole penis.

That said, the next few jelqs I share are about honing in on one area specifically. The next is the head of your penis.

The Glans Jelq

The Glans Jelq focuses on getting lots of blood (and stem cells) into the head of your penis.

This is done by a slightly different technique.

What Does the Glans Jelq Help?

The Glans Jelq aims to focus most of the blood to the head of your penis.

This technically results in really enlarging your penis head.

Anyone who really wants a bigger penis head can focus in on this area with the Glans Jelq exercise.

Erection Strength: 70%-80%

Level of Intensity: Medium

Risk of Injury: Medium. I believe that the head is the most delicate part of your penis.

You should exercise real care when doing this exercise, as you don’t want to cause damage to the head of your penis.

However, if you are careful, pay attention and ensure that you don’t go too far you should be fine when you do this exercise.

How To Do The Glans Jelq

First you trap the blood at the base of your penis with one hand.

Then what you do is put the other hand about half an inch below your penis head, then pull it up to where your head meets your shaft.

When you’ve reached that, you can move the hand at the base of your penis up a little too.

The result is that your head will be completely filled with blood.

Hold that position for a few seconds then repeat.

How long should I Glans Jelq for?

Because the penis head is such a delicate part of your penis, I wouldn’t spend more than 3 minutes doing this.

It is quite an intense exercise.

Summary of the Glans Jelq

This is the best way to focus on the head of your penis.

Remember that the strength of the squeeze at the base of your penis will have an effect of the intensity for the rest of the jelq.

You should carefully test different levels of squeezing to see what is optimal for you.

The Straightener Jelq

Some people have a severe curve in their penis.

This is called Peyronie’s Disease.

There is a way to correct that though jelqing.

It involves focusing on doing a jelq on one side.

This should help to correct a curve in the penis.

What Does the Straightener Jelq Help?

As the name suggests, the Straightener Jelq can be used to correct a curve. If, for example, your penis bends to the right, you can focus this jelq to go from right to left.

Erection Strength: 60%-80%
Level of Intensity: Low
Risk of Injury: Low.

How To Do The Straightener Jelq

With the Girth Jelq, we focus on filling your penis shaft up equally throughout. It, quite literally, doesn’t take sides!

However, with this jelq we want to take sides.

We want to focus on the weaker side.

The weaker side is the one that the penis bends into.

If your penis bends to the right then your right side is the weak side. If your penis bends upwards then the top is the weak side.

With this jelq we bend the penis the other way to your weak side.

If your right side is weak, we take the penis at the top – where the head meets the shaft – and bend it to the left.

Then with our other hand, we grip the base.

You bend the penis at almost a right-angle, then slowly bring the rings you’ve created on each hand closer to each other.

When you do this you’re going to keep the angle the same.

Hold it in place, lock it in.

This focuses more effort on your weak side.

Which means that that side should benefit more from the jelqing.

When this happens and the stem cells transform into penis tissue cells there, your penis will gradually, slowly straighten up.

This is a simple method to focus on the weakest part of your penis.

You want to build it up. And when you do, you should see it become straighter. That’s why we call this jelq the Straightener Jelq.

How long should I Straightener Jelq for?

Depending on how misshapen your penis is, you can do it for 5-15 minutes per day.

If your penis is really out of shape then spend longer on targeting this one area.

I should warn you that doing this without elevating the level of stem cells in your body by following Tom Candow’s step-by-step system, you will see very minimal gains.

Summary of the Straightener Jelq

This should on;y be part of your routine if you are unhappy about a bend in your penis.

If you do this without such a bend in your shaft, you risk creating one.

Some people say that having a shaft that has an upward bend is good for hitting the best spots inside a woman.

However, this is hearsay. Also, the best way to hitting the best spots inside a woman is to actually hit all the spots inside her.

You do that, not by causing a curve or bend in your penis, but by making your whole penis girthier and longer.

This exercise is important to those who have a significant bend in their penis.

If your goal is just to be a better lover, then you should not worry about, or focus on bends… Instead, you should focus on increasing the size of your penis overall.

You can do that by using the main penis jelqing exercises on this page, and following the other 2 steps of Tom Candow’s “Remedy”.

Reverse Jelq

The Reverse Jelq is controversial because it’s technically an anti-jelq.

Instead of just getting as much blood into your penis as possible, the Reverse Jelq adds a level of contrast.

Not only do you fill the penis with blood, but you reverse the jelqing action in between doing a standard Wet/Dry Jelq.

What Does the Reverse Jelq Help?

The Reverse Jelq is effective for erection hardness.

There is anecdotal evidence that it also helps with holding stem cells in the shaft.

It acts as a way to massage your penis tissue.

Not on;y does it tense your penis, it also relaxes it.

Erection Strength: 50%-80%
Level of Intensity: Low
Risk of Injury: Low.

How To Do The Reverse Jelq

To perform the Reverse Jelq, you do one standard jelq, then you see hold of your penis where the shaft meets the head and go down to the base.

When you reach the base, release the squeeze then squeeze again and do a normal jelq.

When you reach the head, don’t release the grip and go back to the base.

This jelq might not be the best for pure size increases, however it’s the best there is for blood flow. Your penis will deal very quickly with being full and being close to empty.

Some people swear by this technique because they think that any nutrients that are setting inside the shaft are further massaged there on the reverse stroke.

Clearly, we can’t measure this.

What we can measure is the results of doing this when on the proven stem cell enlargement system compared with not doing it.

There does seem to be a positive difference.

However, not doing it doesn’t dramatically increase growth.

Why you may ask?

Some people swear by the Flaccid Shuffle Jelq as the warm-up jelq before moving onto the others. This jelq doesn’t require any erection hardness.

Like a full-body massage, it focuses attention on different areas of your penis, from base to tip, while in a totally relaxed state.

How To Do The Flaccid Shuffle Jelq

For this jelq you need adopt the Girth Jelq grip with a fully flaccid penis.

Then, when you have one hand on the base and one below the head, you push them closer together and bend the penis in every direction.

This stretches and skews the shaft so that you massage the penis, open up the blood vessels in your penis and apply tension and torsion to each part of your shaft.

Each part of your penis shuffles from being tense to being relaxed.

This is done evenly throughout the penis.

Here’s a top tip that you should consider.

When you start, grip the penis below the head, pull it outwards, like a stretch, then grip the penis as close to the base as it’s possible to get.

Then grip the base quite firmly and shuffle all the way along, around and down the penis.

What will happen is that parts of it will get filled with blood, and you’ll see creases in your penis in other parts.

How long should I Flaccid Shuffle Jelq for?

This is something you only need to do for 2-3 minutes.

Like the Reverse Jelq, it prepares your penis for receiveng nutrients and relaxing your penis to take them.

We are aiming to combine stem cells with hGH, two of the three phases of the PE Remedy.

However, when correcting a bend upwards there is one small technique that you can use to enhance it slightly. All it requires is to use a free finger in a smart way.

What Does The Vertical Jelq Help?

The Vertical Jelq specifically helps to correct an upwards curve in the penis.

As I suggested earlier, some people believe that an upward curve actually helps reach parts of a woman that a straight penis doesn’t.

The reason that I don’t subscribe to such a notion is because the best way to hit any spot in a woman isn’t to aim solely for that spot, but rather to use a “Scorched Earth” policy and hit all the spots at once.

With that being said, it could be a good idea to correct any upwards or downward curves in the penis if you’re after a “piece” that covers all the bases.

If you do have a curve in your penis and you get bigger then the difference will be negligible. So please don’t become too insecure if you find yourself in that position.

How To Do The Vertical Jelq

To perform the Vertical Jelq, you need to adopt the Girth Jelq hold, one hand at the top and the other at the base.

The main difference is that your knuckles on the base grip shouldn’t point down.

You reverse that hold so that they point upwards.

Your wrist points down, rather than upwards.

You do this because then you have a free finger to push down on the part of your shaft that has the most curve.

When you push down you need to get a decent angle.

Don’t think that a 10% curve will be enough. It won’t. Instead you’re looking at a 40-45 degree angle to make a real difference.

When you do that, you’ll see how effectively you put pressure on the underside of your shaft.

This should balance your penis out so that it becomes straighter.
What do I do if my curve goes downwards?

Simply refine your hold to a more traditional grip so that you can push on the underside with a free finger.

You should hold these jelqs for about 5 seconds, instead of the normal 3.

This amplifies the action and should cause quicker results for you.

How long should I Vertical Jelq for?

Depending on the severity of your curve, you should do this for between 5 and 15 minutes.

One question that I’ve had regarding this is what to do if your penis curves both up (or down) and to a side.

Here you can combine the Side Jelq and the Vertical Jelq with a finger in the strong area.

That way you’re able to fix two dimensions in one go.

It’s an efficient way to cause changes when you have stem cell-rich blood.

Penis Stretching

This is the second phase of penis exercises. Stretching relies more on ligament stretching to increase your size.

That’s why it’s far more effective for length gains, as jelqs are more focused (generally) on girth increases.

Penis stretching is where you could do long-term damage to your penis though.

If you pull to hard or stretch out too much then you could do long-term damage to your penis.

While you should apply firm pressure, you certainly shouldn’t yank your penis ever.

You should also take your time, as with any body stretch.

Incremental increases in pressure offers the best results.

You also need to consider how to warm up your penis ligaments for stretching…

As you know, about half of your penis is actually inside your body, from your testicles to your penis base is all part of your penis.

The ligaments that run from there to the head of your penis can be slowly stretched to increase size.

The main problem with stretching, other than risk of injury, is that it isn’t necessarily permanent.

If you were to stretch for a month and never stretch again, your penis would correct itself.

The other point to make is that you can’t attain big leaps in growth from stretching alone.

It would be wonderful to believe that you can add an inch or two from stretching alone, but data doesn’t back this up.

If it did, you could be sure that every father or best friend would share this with you. In the real world, this doesn’t happen.

I have always reserved a healthy skepticism for stretches because I believe that they can do a lot more harm than good.

The risks outweigh the possible benefits.

There are horror-stories of ligament damage that’s permanent.

Erection problems that are permanent. Bends appearing in the penis that are permanent.

Please don’t do these stretches if you are worried about doing damage.

Some people swear by them. However, seeing results takes a long time.

Other people believe that they do nothing.

I prefer to use proven systems than to risk serious injury, so I personally avoided them when I was still trying to increase my size – and I’m grateful I did.

Stretching itself can get quite technical and advanced.

There are many different ways people have tried to stretch their penises.

One method that I refuse to acknowledge on these pages is the one that’s caused most harm to people.

I don’t want anyone to read this free jelqing guide and go away and damage themselves.

That is why I refuse to write about weights.

Hanging weights are so dangerous because you can rip through the ligaments of your penis.

This will render you forever impotent and unable to ever get erections.

Furthermore, such a technique, despite being around for literally thousands of years, has not had one positive trial that I’ve ever seen.

What I have heard is depressingly sad stories of men who just wanted to be a little bigger who destroyed their sex lives forever.

If you wish to use weights yourself then my reflex is to say don’t do it.

If you insist on such a dangerous technique then it would be better for you to look elsewhere, as I couldn’t sleep well at night knowing that my words caused someone to ruin their penis forever.

With that said, there is inherent danger in all stretching.

What I’m going to provide here is the safer stretches, and a warning that you should never yank or over-extend your penis when you do these exercises.

It’s simply not worth putting your sex-life in danger.

Why Am I Including Penis Stretches?

The reason why I’m including penis stretches is because they cause blood to rush to your penis, even when it’s flaccid.

This becomes very useful to getting a bigger penis when you are using a great, proven penis enragement system.

If you are careful, keep up the routines and exercises and don’t go too hard, there is a benefit to using these techniques.

They are all part of the acceleration phase of the 3-phase Penis Enlargement Remedy system.

With all of that to weigh up, let’s look at a few stretches that are safe…

The Basic Stretch

The Basic Stretch is very simple.

You simply stretch your penis outwards.

You don’t put multiple directions on this.

You simply pull outwards.

How To Do The Basic Stretch

The hold that you should adopt is firmly gripping your penis where the head meets the shaft. Then slowly, with even pressure, pull directly out.

Not up or down or to the side. Out.

Hold this for 10 seconds. Don’t yank it. Apply firm but consistent pressure. Don’t do this too hard.

How long should I Basic Stretch for?

Each hold should last for 10 seconds. You can do 20 repetitions of this. You can build up the amount of reps you do as time goes on.

However, doing lots to begin with could cause harm. So we start off lightly and then build up intensity later.

This is the basic penis stretch.

This one and the two after it are the three basic stretches that can form a part of any routine.

After that we can go into the more advanced stretches that some people swear by.

Base Stretch

The base stretch is founded upon the reality that half of your penis is inside your body.

There is another fringe benefit of using the Base Stretch.

Some people say that this stretch improves your ejaculation control as it relaxes and stretches the PC Muscle.

When the PC Muscle is tense, you’re more likely to ejaculate quickly.

When you stretch it, you could attain more control over your sexual performance.

What Does The Base Stretch Help?

The Base Stretch is focused on stretching the ligaments that appear inside your body.

While most people see small gains from stretching, if you have a very tense PC Muscle then doing this stretch will add size.

As you relax your PC Muscle and ligaments, you stretch them and you will be bigger.

This won’t take a long time either.

However, if your PC Muscle is normal, it will act the same as a Basic Stretch, just focusing on the internal part of your penis.

Take a break in between each stretch and then do it again for between 10 or 20 repetitions.

The Globe-Trotter Stretch

The Globe-Trotter stretch involves stretching your penis to its extremities.

It’s called the Globe-Trotter because you go around the world with your stretching.

The Globe-Trotter Stretch ensures that every extremity of your ligaments are stretched out.

The reason it works is because it puts pressure on every individual side (or degree) of your ligaments.

This means that you stretch your penis in all possible ways.

Some people believe that everyone should do this stretch. I don’t disagree.

How to Do The Globe-Trotter Stretch

For this stretch, you grip your penis where the head meets the shaft and pull it directly up, so that the hand you’re pulling with is touching your belly.

You then slowly go clockwise all the way around. This should take about 15-20 seconds to do one circuit.

After you reach the starting point you go all the way around anti-clockwise.

How long should I Globe-Trotter Stretch for?

You can do this stretch for 10 repetitions each way. 10 clockwise. 10 anti-clockwise.

Summary of the Globe-Trotter Stretch

The Globe-Trotter Stretch really loosens up your ligaments.

This will ensure that you get fully extended ligaments. Some men report an almost instant increase in their penis size. Other men – most men – don’t see much of a size gain.

However, when you do stretches, blood rushes to the area.

And when blood rushes to the area and it’s full of nutrient rich, stem cell-rich blood, you will naturally encourage penis growth.

These are the basic three stretches. While you can go into more effort with doing other stretches, you can get by on these three.

I’m going to provide more stretches below, where we can get more advanced into stretches.

These stretches are advanced. What this means isn’t that they deliver better results.

It means that they are more focused on a specific area of growth.

With advanced stretching you are going to bring other tools into the game.

There is a wrist stretch, for example, where you use the wrist of your free hand.

Then there are different grips that you should use when you’re stretching.

The goal here is to give your penis a full stretch.

Intersect Stretch

The Intersect Stretch is where you do a Basic Stretch and then grip your penis mid-shaft with your free hand.

It applies the standard pressure of a Basic Stretch, but it also applies pressure each side of your second hand’s grip around the middle of your shaft.

It’s an advanced stretch because you can do some targeting with this stretch, depending on where on your shaft you grip the penis.

How long should I Intersect Stretch for?

Hold the Intersect Stretch for about 10 seconds per time.

Summary of the Intersect Stretch

Hopefully you understand why this is advanced. You don’t need to do this unless you want to get really deep into penis stretching and exercises.

Wrist Stretch

The Wrist Stretch requires your free wrist to wrap your penis around as you stretch it.

This stretch puts more pressure on either end of your penis (the opposite of the Intersect Stretch) and because of that, if you do one of these stretches in a routine, you should also do the other.

What Does The Wrist Stretch Help?

The Wrist Stretch is great for stretching the extremities of your penis – the parts nearer the very base of your penis and the top of the shaft, just below the glans.

How to Do The Wrist Stretch

Put your wrist on a flat surface, like a table or a desk. Next, do the traditional Basic Stretch.

However, what you do here is to place your penis over your wrist and pull down.

When you have done that, you do the same thing again, but this time you raise your wrist from the table, put your penis underneath and pull up from underneath.

Once you’ve done this once you shouldn’t need to use the table anymore.

It’s just a guideline to show you how to do this stretch in the first instance.

How long should I Wrist Stretch for?

Do this for 10 seconds for each repetition. Always do the same number of Wrist Stretches from below as from above.

This is about consistency and balance.

Doing one side more than the other would be like doing more arm curls with your right arm than your left… Not a good idea.

Summary of the Wrist Stretch

When you do this stretch you’ll feel the stretch most at the base.

However, it should be felt all over your penis.

What this stretch does is to stretch the underside of your penis more when you go from above the wrist, and the top side more when you stretch from below the wrist.

Double-Hand Stretch

The Double-Hand Stretch relies mostly on stretching the shaft itself.

Again, you do the Basic Stretch – gripping the penis where the glans meets the shaft of your penis.

But, before you apply the stretch, your other hand firmly grips and squeezes the base.

What Does The Double-Hand Stretch Help?

This stretch focuses the stretching on the shaft itself. It isolates the shaft so that you don’t stretch the part of the penis inside your body.

This is to lengthen your shaft.

To do the Double-Hand Stretch, your goal is to tighten one grip around the base, to limit the stretch to only your shaft.

Because that is the goal, you need to ensure that your grip at the base is very tight.

This should not hurt though.

In the rare case that this may hurt you, don’t do this exercise.

How long should I Double-Hand Stretch for?

You should do this for 10 seconds each time, with a 5-10 second break in the middle of each rep.

Summary of the Double-Hand Stretch

This advanced stretch is for those who are very keen on stretching their shaft.

It’s a relatively safe stretch, provided you don’t put too much pressure on the stretch.

The important thing to remember with these exercises is that, on a long enough timeline, they all start to work.

However, most people don’t want to wait 3 year or 5 years to see an increase.

That is a long, long time. What I wanted when I started out was a way to grow my penis quickly.

These are the jelqs and stretches that can help you.

They all increase blood flow, which allows stem cells free reign inside your penis to convert into penis cells.

The important thing to remember, especially with the stretches, is that you want to make sure that you stretch out at all angles.

When you do that, you’ll have achieved the goal of stretching, which is to stretch out all areas of your penis ligaments evenly.

With jelqing, you can focus a little more on precise areas that you want to target for growth.

Mainly the choice is length or girth.

However, with enough time and perseverance, you can also straighten your penis if you have an unwanted bend in it.

That’s your first routine for 8 weeks when you begin.

The object of this beginner routine is to get your penis used to being jelqed and stretched. This is a meta warm-up.

Your penis will become accustomed to these exercises.

The expected growth from such a routine is minimal, unless you combine it with a decent penis enlargement program.

However, if you have an unusually tight PC muscle, then do expect to see small gains just from stretching out your penis.

The other thing you’ll notice is that the firmness of your erections will go up.

You should aim to do this routine 5 times a week.

It’s good to take a break every few days to give your penis plenty of time to recover.

After you’ve completed your 8 weeks doing the Beginner Jelqing & Stretching Routine, you can go onto the first Intermediate Routine.

This is the full routine to do after Intermediate One.

With this routine, you can do jelqing and penis exercises 5 times per week for as long as you wish to.

The routine takes a bit more time because it requires more effort than what you’ve done before. Also, when you reach this point, you’ll have been doing the exercises for a long time.

You’ll know which exercises you respond best to and which you think don’t work for your penis.

So, while the above routines should really be followed to the letter, with this one you have free reign to do the things that work better for you in one respect and ignore or replace the ones that don’t.

With this routine you start with stretching and end with jelqing.

It includes every exercise.

Clearly, if you’re not trying to correct a bend in your penis then you don’t need to include the Straightener Jelq or the Vertical Jelq.

However, if you do require to fix a bend then you should definitely do both of those.

Flaccid Shuffle Jelq

Erection Strength: 0%
Repetitions: 20
Hold time for each jelq: 5 seconds
Break Between Reps: 3 seconds

The Dry Jelq

Erection Strength: 50%
Repetitions: 20
Hold time for each jelq: 5 seconds
Break Between Reps: 3 seconds

Notice that here you only jelq at 50% hardness.

This way, you’re still warming up. As we get more advanced, the warm up becomes more important.

The Wet Jelq

Erection Strength: 70%-80%
Repetitions: 20
Hold time for each jelq: 5 seconds
Break Between Reps: 3 seconds

The Girth Jelq

Erection Strength: 70%-80%
Repetitions: 20
Hold time for each jelq: 5 seconds

The Glans Jelq
